J&J Janitorial Services has been operating as a family owned business since 1986. The Company owners are Joanne Livolsi & Jim Livolsi. J&J Janitorial began as a window cleaning and residential house cleaning business. The owners did all the work themselves for the first five years of operation. In 1990, business opportunities for expansion came about and we began to hire a staff of qualified service personnel to fulfill the requirements of this rapidly growing business.
THE OWNERS
Joanne Livolsi is the CEO of J&J, and her primary position is sales and marketing. She has her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Exercise Physiology and her background in sports participation has helped her develop a team work philosophy with all J&J staff. She conducts monthly meetings with all employees to implement and reinforce this concept of team cleaning.
James Livolsi is the CFO of J&J. He is also responsible for the J&J Safety Program and conducts annual meetings with our staff.
