To: All J&J Janitorial Employees
I wanted to reach out personally in light of the growing concerns around coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority, and we are taking important preventative measures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
To ensure you remain healthy and safe, below are a few prevention measures provided by the CDC to effectively protect you and others from illness.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash, or cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, not your hands.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
Use of chemical disinfectant PH7Q
- For our disinfectant PH7Q to be useful in disinfecting, the product will need to be sprayed on the surface, and it requires a dwell time of 2 and up to 10 minutes. After the proper dwell time, you clean it off.
- Make sure we are cleaning tables/desks, light switches, doorknobs, elevator switches, refrigerator doors, microwave doors, telephones, toilets, sinks any area that are touched frequently.
- Please make sure to wear gloves and other Proper Protective Equipment. Masks are on order and will be available as soon as they arrive.
Thank you,
Joanne Livolsi Jim Livolsi
